The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome. They were always ready to help with anything I needed. the food was a highlight of my stay, with both dinner and breakfast being delicious. the private onsen was a great experience that I truly enjoyed.

The facilities seemed a bit outdated. the hot spring facility could definitely benefit from some renovations.

The food was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient because it was close to public transportation and attractions. the private onsen was relaxing and enjoyable to use.

The facilities were quite outdated and could use some renovations. The hot spring facility was especially disappointing and lacked amenities like proper temperature control and sufficient water pressure in the shower.

the private onsen exceeded our expectations and was perfect for relaxing after a long day. the location was also very convenient, with a local bus stop just a short walk away. We enjoyed exploring the nearby sights, including Gamado Gigoku, a drug store, and a supermarket. the meals provided were top-notch, making for a great dining experience.

The facilities were starting to show their age, especially in the hot spring area where there were limited options for regulating the temperature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The private onsen was definitely a highlight, and we appreciated how clean and well-maintained the hotel facilities were. Transportation was convenient, with a local bus stop just two minutes away. Location-wise, we were happy to be within walking distance of a drug store and a supermarket. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and the service was impeccable.

Nothing that we didn't like. This hotel exceeded our expectations.
