The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome. They were always ready to help with anything I needed. the food was a highlight of my stay, with both dinner and breakfast being delicious. the private onsen was a great experience that I truly enjoyed.
The facilities seemed a bit outdated. the hot spring facility could definitely benefit from some renovations.

the private onsen exceeded our expectations and was perfect for relaxing after a long day. the location was also very convenient, with a local bus stop just a short walk away. We enjoyed exploring the nearby sights, including Gamado Gigoku, a drug store, and a supermarket. the meals provided were top-notch, making for a great dining experience.
The facilities were starting to show their age, especially in the hot spring area where there were limited options for regulating the temperature.

The staff were very friendly, making us feel right at home. The private onsen was definitely a highlight, and we appreciated how clean and well-maintained the hotel facilities were. Transportation was convenient, with a local bus stop just two minutes away. Location-wise, we were happy to be within walking distance of a drug store and a supermarket. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and the service was perfect.
Nothing that we didn't like. This hotel was pretty good.
